I’m Kara Goss. For 13 years, I’ve offered spiritual mentorship and energy-based practices to people seeking encouragement, reflection, and a deeper spiritual connection.
My approach is grounded in a simple belief: you are already whole—not someone who needs fixing.

How Sessions Work
A personal approach—not a fixed formula. We begin by talking about what brings you here and what you’d like support with. Together, we choose a focus for our time. Depending on your preferences, a session may include:
- Prayer: Bringing your questions and intentions into prayer.
- Spiritual practices: Exploring your experiences, beliefs, choices, and next steps.
- Energy-based practices: Spiritual practices offered for personal reflection and connection—not medical treatment.
- Spoken declarations, sometimes called decrees:Intentional statements expressing your faith, values, and chosen direction.
- Reflection tools: Practices you can use between sessions.
Not every session includes every practice. I explain what I suggest, and you are welcome to ask questions, decline a practice, or change direction. You don’t need to know which approach you want before booking. We can discuss that together.
Single Session
Private Spiritual Support Session
60 minutes · Online · $75
A dedicated hour to feel heard, explore what’s on your heart, and reconnect with God.
We’ll begin with what you want support with, then explore it through conversation and any mutually agreed spiritual practices. Your session is personal to you, with space for reflection and practical next steps.
A single session is a straightforward place to begin, without committing to ongoing support.
Four-Session Package
Four-Session Spiritual Support Package Four 60-minute online sessions · $300For those who want ongoing support with flexible scheduling. This package gives you space to return, reflect, and build on previous conversations. Together, we can revisit your priorities, explore new questions, and support the steps you choose to take between appointments.
Your package includes:
- Four private, 60-minute sessions.
- Flexible scheduling over 12 months from purchase.
- Personalized spiritual support at each appointment.
This package offers continuity and convenience at the same per-session rate as individual bookings.
Mentorship
Consistent support, reflection, and accountability for those who want regular connection as they deepen their spiritual life and work toward meaningful personal goals. Together, we identify your priorities, notice recurring patterns, and develop practical steps that reflect your faith and values. This is a collaborative space for encouragement and follow-through—not pressure to become someone other than yourself. Each month includes:
- One 90-minute session to explore your priorities and create or adjust your plan.
- Three 30-minute sessions for reflection, encouragement, and ongoing support.
That’s four appointments and three hours of private online support each month. Suggested spiritual practices are always discussed and optional.
- Monthly mentorship: $400 per month.
Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policies
Single Sessions
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. With sufficient notice, you may reschedule or request a refund.
Four-Session Packages-Your package is valid for 12 months from purchase.
You may cancel the remaining package during that period and receive $75 for each unused session. Completed sessions are nonrefundable.
Mentorship Billing and Renewal
Monthly option: You authorize a recurring charge of $400 each month until you cancel. Cancel by emailing kara@karagoss.com before your next billing date to stop the next charge.
Mentorship Refunds You may end mentorship at any time. Future recurring charges will stop, and prepaid, unused appointments will be refunded proportionally:
- Each unused 90-minute appointment represents half the monthly fee: $200.
- Each unused 30-minute appointment represents one-sixth of the monthly fee: approximately $66.67.
- A completely unused month is refunded at $400.
The total refund is calculated before rounding. Completed appointments are nonrefundable. Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less notice, or missed without notice, may count as used and be excluded from refunds. Emergencies and exceptional circumstances will be considered individually.
Approved refunds will be processed within seven business days to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to return the funds.
