Refund policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

KaraGoss.com and MultidimensionalSoulLight.com’s services that require scheduling are subject to additional charges stemming from cancellations, rescheduling, and/or non-showings.

• Early   cancellations/reschedule under 24 hours notice will result in a 10% charge  to  the customer.
• No   show will result in a 25% charge to the customer.
